Operation
[Auto mode]：
Place the flat ring on the flat ring up ∕ down mechanism and the cassette on the cassette up ∕ down mechanism. Push Auto Start and the flat ring arm picks up the ring and places it on the film attaching position. The mechanism holds the film down on the surface of platform for film attachment. The film is attached on the flat ring and cut by melting. As this is done, the platform moves out automatically. The platform up ∕ down mechanism moves the flat ring up. The placement arm removes the ring from the platform and puts it in the cassette. The next film attachment starts automatically.
[Manual mode]：Activate the manual mode. Push Auto Start and the pickup arm and placement arm both return to safe positions. The platform moves to the feeding position. The operator places a flat ring and tap Vacuum on the screen. Push and hold the button for a second. The platform moves to the film attaching position. The mechanism holds the film down on the surface of platform for film attachment. The film is attached on the flat ring and cut by melting. As this is done, the platform moves out automatically. The platform up ∕ down mechanism moves the flat ring up. The operator removes the flat ring, taps Platform Up ∕ Down on the screen to lower the platform up ∕ down mechanism, and places another flat ring for the next film attachment.
